Overview

Becton Property Group put to market an IT managed services tender that would engage appropriate organisations to provide staff augmentation services, mentoring of junior staff, strategic collaboration of IT direction and project implementation services. The primary aim is to work collaboratively with the core IT group to improve operations and enhance productivity.

Acurus sends in a small consultant team that engaged with the business to establish business requirements, then met with key IT staff and extracted critical operational knowledge, in a timely and efficient manner. Acurus was able to place staff immediately. This addressed and filled gaps in level one helpdesk support roles, specialist engineer roles and management level service delivery assistance.

Acurus was able to leverage the knowledge gained from the initial engagement to become a strategic partner. Acurus was able to create and now guide a 3 year IT strategy roadmap for Becton Property Group, assisting with crucial decisions about key line of business systems.
